Positive: What a quiet, peaceful location! And the normal neighbor noise, some music here and there, but in general: I felt relaxed enough to get in bodyweight exercises, yoga session and healthy eating and drinking during my on-line studies. And for my dog, hiking paths just around the corner. And almost all dogs were on leash, so nobody approached my rather grumpy dog who prefers to walk by himself. Independent 2-drawer freezer, perfect for longer stays (and ice cream). Free and stable wifi (strong enough for Netflix), but not password-protected, so I couldn't use it for teleworking. My mobile data had to do (and it did fine). An abundance of stuff to keep yourself busy indoors (books, TV, games) and outdoors (tourist attractions, hiking trails). Would I come back? Absolutely!
Negative: Parking space a bit tight, but off the street (where you also could park), and not right outside the door (which facilitates packing and leaving at sunrise). Plumbing and living noise from neighbours, if they are active, but not longer than a few hours. Neighbour dog kept barking a little too long one evening.
