Fall in love with this cozy vacation home! Just minutes walk from Florida's only warm mineral springs! This freshly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ,2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room. The pool is heated and enclosed in the lanai so you don't have to worry about any bugs. There are numerous beaches within 15- 30 minutes drive. There multiple golf courses located in and around North Port. Beach towels, chairs, mat pulling cart, coolers and sand toys are all provided for use. There are many stores, restaurants and shopping centers just minutes away. Snook haven of a must see offering great food, music, craft bear, boat tours, kayak, canoe and paddle boat rentals! The outside of the property is monitored by 2 security cameras. One at the garage facing the driveway and entry way and 2nd on the right side of house facing the park for safety and security reasons.

Summary: Well, what can I say about this wonderful house? :) It is unlikely that anyone will be surprised by the presence of a spacious double bed, TV, and kitchen appliances. But here all this equipment and furniture is in perfect condition, Wi-Fi and a swimming pool became an additional reason for my joy. Host fast response. Highly recommended.
