This three bedroom, 2 bath condo is over 1100 sq feet. It can accommodate up to 7 guests with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom ,a double with a twin bunk in the third. The new sofa (2020) is not a sleeper sofa. The unit has been professionally decorated and includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Located directly across from BIg Kahuna Waterpark, you are in the middle of ALL of the fun of Destin. Minutes from the best fishing, food, and fun. This is the best property in Destin for the best price. Truly an uncommon value.

Summary: The Condo is decorated nice. The beach access is a bit of a walk so be prepared to haul your beach gear a good little ways. Once on the beach you can find a good spot. The Condo is nice the view of course is only the parking lot but nice to sit on the balcony. The floors however turn your feet black if you walk barefoot. I don’t think they have been mopped and the rugs are dingy. The cabinets above the stove are very greasy. They need to be wiped down real good. Also the shower in master bathroom is pretty but the way it’s situated you soak the towel or rug for your feet when you get out. There is nothing you can do about it happens every time someone showers.
