Enjoy a nice tranquil atmosphere front yard with lots of nature song birds colorful hummingbirds & squirrels you can hand feed yourself!
This California style Bungalow is in the back of a two structures property duplex with the front house unit close to the road so you have the whole back which is the best side very quiet and secluded. Property is also divided for added privacy.
Very clean, safe & quiet surrounded by nature & beautiful panoramic hills/canyon views next to a large garden you can spot deer, birds, squirrels and share the yard only with some cool wildlife.
