Pet Policy:
We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, each 30 lb or under, unless prior approval. We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate cats.
Please adhere to these guidelines:
House Rules for Pets:
- Dogs must be healthy and flea/tick-free.
- Do not leave dogs unattended inside.
- Clean up all dog refuse and clean the dog before coming indoors. Dispose of waste in a bag then placed in a can outside the garage door.
- No dogs on beds or furniture.
- Cleaning Fee: A small fee of $15 per dog per day or a maximum of $125 for two dogs for a 6 night stay will be added for extra cleaning.
- Guests accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dogs and will be charged for repairs, or flea treatment if necessary.
- Please be respectful of check-in & check-out times. We know you’re excited to start enjoying the Hilltop Estate (we love it here too) and you’ll want to stay a little longer, but check-in/out times are in place to accommodate our fabulous cleaning team. We can never guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, but please reach out if you have a request. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
- Parking on the grass is not allowed at anytime. Please utilize the driveway and outdoor parking area.
- We understand that the Hilltop Estate is a great party venue. Gatherings with additional guests that are not listed on your reservation is not allowed without prior written approval.
- Fireworks are not permitted on property. Please be respectful of our neighbors
- Guests have access to a total of five bedrooms in the home. Please be aware the two additional bedrooms located at Hilltop on the west side of the home are not accessible for guests at this time.
