This modern Euro-style lakefront cabana offers the best in location, comfort, and ambiance! The Kiwi Cabana is situated in one of the hottest and most convenient neighborhoods in Orlando and sits right on the shore of beautiful spring-fed Lake Shannon. Enjoy easy access to Downtown, famed Winter Park, and major highways. Relax with a glass of wine on the lakefront patio and enjoy a gorgeous sunset. . .then spark up the gas fire pit and outdoor grill after the sun goes down. Murphy bed with queen-size luxe mattress sleeps two. Wifi, Cable TV, Landscape Lighting, and Outdoor Sound System add to the ambience. Spacious and comfortable leather sectional. The kitchen features white Silestone countertops, modern cabinetry and pantry with lots of storage, a microwave, convection cooktop, countertop oven, undercounter refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and 3 different coffeemakers. No full-size oven. Full-size washer and dryer for cabana guests only. Dedicated parking for one vehicle with Level 1 and 2 EV charging station. Private entry. Egyptian limestone walkways and artificial turf throughout property. Numerous restaurants within 5 min walk. Bring your fishing pole to catch&release from the dock or relax in one of 4 comfy Adirondack chairs and work on your tan. Walk to the popular East End Market for some wine and a charcuterie board at La Femme du Fromage, or an out-of-this-world cookie from Gideon's Bakehouse, a delicious bowl of ramen at Domu, a delish donut from Dochi, or your favorite latte at Lineage Coffee Roasting. Additional restaurants, grocery, yoga, breweries, vintage clothing and vinyl retailers are also walkable. Take in a movie 5 minutes away and a game or concert 15 minutes away ($12 Uber) at the Amway Arena. 20 mins to Orlando Int’l Airport. 30 mins to Walt Disney World. Summary: Extremely clean. Interesting, modern property. Exceeded my expectations (and I am fussy). The lake is so serene and calming. Dwelling provided a constant view of the lake with tons of wildlife (ducks, turtles, fish, an array of interest birds). I loved watching the most beautiful blue heron come to the dock each evening (to fish!). If you need rest and relaxation, this is perfect. Yet, wonderfully close to downtown Winter Park, plus reasonably close to airport and all major theme parks.
