The accommodation, located on the first floor, welcomes guests into a warm and comfortable space, featuring a living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and a double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). From here, you can directly access the private balcony with a rose garden—perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif surrounded by the scent of roses, while admiring the stunning view of the lake and lush surrounding vegetation. The upper floor, reached by a lovely wooden spiral staircase, houses the double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A French door lets in natural light and frames a picturesque view of old rooftops, trees, and shimmering water reflections, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
