A quiet, spacious 3-bedroom home in highly desirable Downtown Historic neighborhood of Lake Worth. Terracotta and original wood floors with new furniture set the tone for a mix of old and new. Fully-stocked kitchen and coffee bar perfect for big meals to be shared at the extra large wooden table in the dining room. Walk 3 blocks to world famous downtown Lake Ave. and be sure to look out for the many art fares and fun events going on within a 5 min walk! Less than 1 mile to the beach.
We are happy to host you! Just a few things to note: we do have a strict checkout policy at 11 am due to the high demand area we have guests usually coming the same day and need the time to clean. That’s why we must enforce a late checkout fee equal to the amount of that night's stay if you are not checked out by 11am. Thanks for understanding. Also, as we do live in South Florida, there are natural fauna and wildlife native to the area that locals are familiar with but you may not know about. Palmetto bugs, lizards, ants, and other native species may make an unexpected appearance in the home, but it's perfectly normal here in sunny beautiful Florida. To curb the issue we hire a pest control company to come to spray monthly in addition to our enhanced cleaning measures between each and every guest. We hope you enjoy your stay and if you come across a native fauna please understand the house is clean and protected and is no cause for alarm. Also, if you have pets please pull up all blinds so they do not damage them. Finally, it’s the historic district and most homes do not have a driveway however there’s lots of safe free street parking in front of the house.
