My apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two conservatories, which makes it nice and bright.
There is a bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm, closet and a bunk bed, which currently only offers sleeping accommodation.
Both rooms have dimmable ceiling lights with remote control.
In the living room there is another sleeping accommodation with a romantic four-poster bed 140x200 cm. There is also a sofa, a small dining area for adults and one for younger guests. There is a small TV with Amazon TV stick, on which various movies, Netflix and Rtl+ can be used.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower with natural light.
The kitchen is functionally equipped so that you can cater for yourself during your stay. There is a coffee press and coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and a stove with oven, as well as pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. I provide my guests with water, coffee powder, sugar, tea, UHT milk, a pack of rolls, butter and jam on arrival.
The apartment has two beautiful conservatories, one of which has a terrace and garden. Unfortunately, I currently have a construction site in front of the house and in my garden, but it is like the highway construction sites, you almost never see a worker and hear nothing. In addition, one of the conservatories (access to the garden) has water damage, so this part is not officially rented out (although you can smoke there). The apartment itself is of course not affected and is clean, dry, warm, cozy and lovingly furnished, smoking is prohibited in the apartment!
