The Design Villa Adria offers an exclusive holiday experience for up to six people on 165 m² of living space, nestled between the imposing coastal mountains and the turquoise blue sea. The modern Bauhaus-style villa spans three floors and impresses with four stylishly furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a spacious roof terrace with a lounge area invite you to relax, while the private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols offers refreshing moments.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (SAT), WiFi, hi-fi system and underfloor heating. Dining tables, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a grill for private use are available on the terraces. The property has three parking spaces directly on site. A baby bed can be provided upon request.

Summary: The villa is so lovely inside, the lounge area is huge and has plenty of comfortable seating. The villa had everything we could ever need for a family of 5 adults. We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating area and relaxing around the pool. We especially loved watching the birds on the lawn and seeing them swoop into the pool as well as a visiting tortoise. The location is about 20 mins drive from central Split old town and 25 minutes drive from the airport, ideally situated. Zrinka is very friendly and able to help with anything and a brilliant host. She lives in the other half of the villa so is always on hand.
