This glorious small group of buildings located in enchanting panoramic position on top of one of the sweet rolling hills of the Crete Senesi area.
There are breathtaking views over the spectacular countryside, from every part of the property. Two of these buildings are now divided into 8 spacious apartments, each with independent entrance and private outside area furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinners.
An old barn has been converted to an indoor pool (11x6 mts -1.20/2.05 deep) with Jacuzzi, communal changing room/shower. On two sides of the building there are French doors and part of the roof is in glass. French doors and part of the roof can be open during the summer. As the water can be heated , the pool can be used all year.
This is one of the most beautiful swimming pool we have ever seen.
Next to the pool there is the restaurant, open on request.
Casa del Falegname sqm 52 (sleeps 2) On the first floor. Living room with fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher). Double bedroom (queen size bed) with a dressing room; one shower bathroom.
The price of the apartment includes: water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning, air conditioning (from 8 a.m to 10 p.m), the use of the pool with deck-chairs and sun umbrella. Swimming pool heated during the winter season . Pets not allowed. Are extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating upon use, baby cot on request (linen provided), extra bed on request, the use of the air-conditioning from 10 p.m. to 8 am, inventory deposit, local tax.
