Holiday House Colombo is an apartment of about 80 square meters with large balconies overlooking the sea and with a wonderful terrace above for exclusive use. The terrace has garden furniture, plants and flowers in abundance and a shaded area to make you enjoy a pleasant holiday at any time of the day.
We are in Via Cristoforo Colombo n. 300, on the 2nd floor, with 1 private parking space; we are right in the center of Sperlonga and facing the sea. It 'a particularly good location for its proximity to the beach club La Lanterna we have selected for your days at the beach. The use of n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair is included in the fee.
Ideal for large families and groups of up to a maximum of 7 people, this apartment is spacious, cozy, romantic and full of light thanks to windows and glass doors overlooking the sea. The outdoor spaces are large and it is pleasant to stay there, even in winter, on sunny days, for outdoor meals or simply for tea. The swing on the terrace is a real joy for young and old.
Holiday House Colombo is furnished with pleasant and functional, and together create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are in the hallway leading to the kitchen, both to the living room, both with two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms by the entrance door. Passing a bedroom we find a further full service bathroom. The kitchen is complete with everything and is equipped so widespread and found pots, dishes, plates and cups, oven, refrigerator and a small table suitable for breakfast. For the most important dinners and many will use the maxi this table in the living room. The food is served by a very large sea view balcony where you look out pleasing but also functional for the livability of the entire kitchen. The adjacent lounge is very large and we find, in addition to a table with sideboard, also a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen LCD TV. Even large windows here with sea view balcony. Continuing we find the first bedroom with a king size bed and large wardrobes. Crossing the room and leaving the balcony we find a comfortable bathroom complete with shower. The corridor ends in the second double bedroom with king size bed complete with all accessories and a pleasant window that gives light and air to the whole room. One of the two double rooms is equipped with a single bed.
All rentals Colombo rooms are equipped with air conditioning for summer and heating for the winter. In the house we find a convenient washing machine and drying area on the terrace. There's also a play area for the little ones at home. The house includes 1 parking space in a private garage. The house is equipped with air conditioning whose use is free.

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach club, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here it will be at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair. Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests.
