Summary: The room was extremely hot due to the ac being off ( broken ) . Went o went to complain to the desk lady. All she said was sorry for the inconvenience and didn't offer a credit fir the issue or even an effort to try to fix the ac in the room. I had to sleep all night with the humed bedroom. Please people don't stay in this hotel anymore.
