Positive: Jeanette, the member of staff who greeted us, was exceptional. She was very welcoming - and went out of her way to ensure my elderly father's needs were taken care of - in particular by giving him a ground floor room as requested, but also the reassuring way she gave us the staff phone numbers to call should we need any help out of hours. She also made excellent arrangements with the nearby restaurant for our meals. She went above and beyond. Please pass on this feedback to her.
