Summary: Everything worked well, feedback to questions via hotels.com chat was instant. We got early check-in and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit smaller than we assumed but very clean everywhere so happy with that also. Breakfast felt quality based. Location of the hotel was very good, 20min walk to eiffel with good lightning and metro station was in front of the hotel. We found hotel’s recommenndations about nearby restaurants very usefull.
