Summary: Overall, the stay was okay, but it did not quite meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. One of the main disappointments was the restaurant. We expected there to be a restaurant at the hotel, but when we arrived, we were informed that it was closed. It would have been helpful to receive this information before our arrival so that we could have planned accordingly. The staff also did not explain why the restaurant was closed. The room was reasonably nice, but in my opinion, it did not feel like a four-star room. The furniture was quite simple, and the overall standard felt below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. We also found some grapes on the floor, which suggested that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. On the positive side, the amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Overall, there were some good aspects, particularly the wellness facilities and friendly staff, but the cleanliness, room standard, and lack of advance information about the closed restaurant were disappointing.
