Summary: It all started with the gentleman that was at the reception when we got there. Very friendly, polite and helpful. He put up with my broken italian graciously, and also prepared is the best cappuccinos in the morning. The location is perfect if you don't want the constant bustle of central Rome (believe me: you probably don't). The area is residential, quiet, has several local restaurants for memorable meals, and is 15 minutes from the Colosseum (including walking to the subway and the quick 3 stops ride). An excellent choice for Rome!
