Positive: Hotel SARDA is perfectly located to visit both Shkodra and Komani lake. The familiar room was spacious and had an independent door to the street, so the access was easy. There is a water trail passing by the door which is nice. The furniture was new. Cherry on the cake, the owner Mario is a lovely person. He is full time present and taking care of you. He prepares complete breakfast, and he even cooked delicious pasta and some side dishes after a tiring Komani day (kids loved it too). Mario helped me to organise Komani excursion, by recommending a perfect parking at 5€ with return shuttle until the port. That same company has also the oldest restaurant by the river and the most honest boats tours. He helped coordinate the Carwash on the last morning while I breakfast. I had a drink and a nice with Mario and his friends. They are nice and gives a local and authentic Albanian flavour to your stay. Thank you
