The house is located on the first floor with private entrance and large private garden for exclusive use of the apartment without sharing. Just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water of Santa Margherita. Located in a quiet position it is ideal for those who want to have a relaxing holiday without using the car, market, grocery and bars within a few minutes walk. Adventure park just minutes from the house. The house is located near the New Barcavela hotel.
The garden is equipped with a gazebo where you can eat outside, comfortably served by a sink with hot water, barbecue and outdoor shower in masonry with hot water. On the ground floor there is also a comfortable bathroom. Parking space inside the property.
On the first floor there is a living room, a separate kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower. The rooms have mosquito nets.
Extra to be paid locally:
Final cleaning € 80, bed linen and towels on request € 15 per person.
Air conditioning on request € 50 per week.
Please leave the kitchenette clean.
