Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice breakfast, beautiful views of the water.

Negative: A/C was controlled by front desk. Though we could open our windows to get the room cooled down, we had to keep them closed due to smokers beneath our windows (including staff) and because of the noise coming from the bar next door. There was a loud group who stayed till 12:00 midnight one of our nights.

Summary: Would not recommend this hotel.
