Futura is a HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER private club with gated entry, marina (36ft max), boat ramp, pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, boat and trailer storage, sunbathing beach, and grills. Condo 103 is owned by a husband and wife who reside in Orlando. This is a life long dream to own a piece of paradise in the Keys. We purchased the condo in Nov 2021 and have made MANY upgrades to the unit. We use it in the summer time and do monthly rentals throughout the year. The condo is meticulously maintained. It's bright and airy and features new floors, new dishwasher and fridge, new furniture, gorgeous bedding and sheets, fully functioning kitchen, 3 smart tvs, USB outlets. Utilities included. Balcony overlooking tennis courts. Laundry 5 steps from front door. Located 1st floor with elevator 10 step from front door. Sleeps 5. Boat dock can be secured. 28 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL.
