Summary: The hotel is very good and new and well located if you want to be in Modiin. The staff are helpful and I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. On the downside it is far too expensive for what it is - a nice midrange hotel in Modiin rather than a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. It also feels a bit cheaply built (e.g. signs falling off the walls) but as it's new that is not an issue at present. I noticed that some of the criticisms of the hotel in its earlier days have actually been addressed, for example proper cups at breakfast, a bottle of water in the room etc. This is a good sign as the management clearly want to make this a hotel worth staying in. I would stay here more if the price was a bit more reasonable as I really liked it.
