Positive: Permanent contact by the owner with precise instructions before arraving. Big free parking nearby, another big payed parking available (like plan B). Park on the street possible (but usualy no free places). A lot of restaurants, bars and shops available, delicious foods, polite and English (not only) speaking staffs. Card payment available almost everywere. View to the Olymp mountain.
