Positive: Prettier than the photos, spotlessly clean, immediate response from host when had a question. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and one baby. Fabulous trip.
Negative: I only gave 8/10 because the crib and highchair mis-communication was really an inconvenience and extra expense. With having to pay for luggage we didn't want to have to bring a porta crib. The description didn't mention crib and highchair so I asked before we left just in case they had one as we have often seen in rentals when someone leaves them behind and they are found in a closet. They replied no they don't provide either bc of hygiene reasons and gave me the name of baby rental places. We took time to price it out and decided it was best to buy on line and stop at Target to pick up a crib so we took the first almost 2 hours after landing from 11 hours of flying with a baby and a 6 hour time difference to go get a crib at Target and took up valuable luggage space with the snap on high chair. We get to the lovely home and there is a portal crib and a high chair In the closet! So annoying bc we wasted all that time and money and as our flight was at 8 am going back we couldn't return the crib he never slept in AND had to leave it there. With vacations already being expensive this was a bummer. We notified the host and they said they don't provide them and a previous guest must have left it behind. I feel they should know what is left behind in their unit and add in the description that there is a porta crib and highchair!!! How helpful and EASY it would have been for them to simply ask the cleaning crew "can you double check if a crib and highchair were left in the closet from the last guest?" That would have avoided this expense and inconvenience for us! None of us wanted to spend time at Target first thing after landing nor did the young parents want to donate a brand new porta crib.
