Summary: The hotel stay was disappointing because the actual rooms and facilities did not match the photos shown on the website. The pictures made the place look much better than it really is. However, the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. Overall, the service was okay, but the hotel should update the photos on the site to reflect the real condition.
