Positive: Great location on the beach

Negative: Worn and tired, carpet old and dirty, mold in shower, bathroom so small you had to be in shower to close door, hallways worn, paint and trim chipped

Summary: I am a loyal to the Kimpton brand but this location did not live up to their normal standards and tarnished their image
