Positive: The staff went out of the way to be helpful and were incredibly kind and relaxed. They were so professional and very welcoming and one of the staff members even gave me a lift to a venue that would have been awkward to get to during the night. The room was a decent size, breakfast was included and they had air conditioning and also hot water available from the kitchen. It was in a safe neighborhood and the hotel was good value for money. I would most certainly stay there again. They even gave me two small candles as a goodbye present which I thought was very sweet and appreciated. I even met a nice family that I spent some time with whilst staying there. I also appreciate that they had a no smoking policy which for me was very important.
Negative: There really wasn't much I didn't like. The only small thing was that the bathroom had a bit of a weird drainage smell. It would also have been lovely to have a kettle and fridge in the room but not essential. Apart from that everything was fantastic.
