Positive: We were very satisfied. The upper apartment was spacious enough for a family of four and well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fans, etc. The location was also good—close to a mini market and the beach. Parking was available on the one-way street next to the house. The view from the terrace was pleasant, overlooking the quiet garden below.
Negative: We were aware that there was no air conditioning, but as someone mentioned before, the fans were good enough to keep us cool at night. There were also no mosquito screens on the windows, but fortunately, there were almost no mosquitoes this year—especially compared to our experience in previous years. And just a minor thing—the sun umbrellas on the terrace were a bit unstable and tended to tip over in the wind.
Summary: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back here
