Welcome to your hidden Florida lakefront paradise. When arriving you will pull into your private gated entry that leads to your home away from home. The home has 4 bed 2 baths on 3+ acres with direct access to crystal clear, spring fed Lake Padgett. This is a private ski-lake with some of the best fishing, views, and water sports in Land O Lakes. All bookings come with a free hour oJet ski ride on the lake, as well as, discounted pampering with massage and facial services as well.
Main House:
When you first walk into the home you will be taken away by the open floor plan and stunning views of the Lake! The living room has plenty of space for your whole family. Watch some TV on the Samsung 70’ smart TV or play some pool while you wait for dinner to be cooked. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Dinning room table seats 8 with 4 more bar stools on bar countertop.
There are 3 rooms located downstairs. Room 1 has a trundle bed that can sleep two, along with a work station equipped with desk. Room 2 has a queen bed with a 55’ smart TV and dresser for all your clothes. Bedroom 3 is our huge master bedroom with dramatic king size bed along with 55’ smart TV and plenty of space for your clothes with dresser and walk inclosets. This leads you to your master bathroom with his and hers sinks, with ahuge soak in tub and walk in shower.
The lounge is located in the back of the home and has a 70s style couch with a fun shuffle board tablefor entertainment. Relax and watch TV while looking out the double sliding doors to the unrestricted views of Lake Padgett. Upstairs in the oversized bonus room you will find two single top and full bottom bunkbeds with a smart TV.Watch the best Sunrises rightfrom your secluded top balcony with plenty of outdoor seating.
