The house is a very cozy apartment , located in San Felice del Benaco, directly in the old town, 10 min from the old town, the beaches, the port where you can access the boat service, that take you to all the resorts of Lake Garda. It's a 10-minute drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakeside where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.
The accommodation, accessible up the stairs, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with French sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped , double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with ceiling fans, ideal for the warmer seasons.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but within walking distance there are many unattended parking spaces.
The wonderful apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relax.
The accommodation is available both in summer, we have air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
Is required to pay a fee of deposit of € 200, paid locally and it will be refunded upon departure.
We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets,pillow cases, towels and free WI-FI.
