You will find two entrances, main and service. A large living room with sofas and armchairs, smart-TV, with 2 floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, dining room, a complete kitchen with table, chairs and service room, fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave , TV, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge. Also available to guests is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heating and air conditioning.
A master bedroom suite with 2 windows and a floor-to-ceiling window, all overlooking the sea, private bathroom with shower and bathtub. A second bedroom with an iron double bed and a 17th century stone fireplace. A single bedroom and small bathroom with shower.
The large wooden staircase leads to the attic floor and a magnificent covered terrace overlooking the sea.
