This is the perfect home for guests who are on a budget and has a large group. This home provides it all. You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands. 12 miles from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Center and 14 miles from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney is only a hop and skip away from our home. Only 50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks.
This home provides over 2000 square foot and sits on 1 acres of land. This home provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as jacuzzi, swimming pool, air hockey table, dart board, juke box, pool table, candy machine, inside bar, outdoor games, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lot of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long/short stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dinning wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. There is the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home located in the garage. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent is made available for you.
