5 Bedroom Villa in Bellagio

It is the last house at the end of the street in the hills of Bellagio with over 180 degree views of Lake Como. It is perched in the hills above the lake with the pool and rolling hills of olive trees below, just amazing.Each "room" is really a suite with a separate sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom. All the beds are equivalent to American king size beds. They are very comfortable.
A private chef to cook the most amazing meal at the villa for a very fair price is available. You will not have a more beautiful ambience.Unbelievable view. Incredibly charming house. Amazing kitchen that is so much fun to cook in. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on Lake Como. we give it a rating of 11/10!!!
Easily the most picturesque and beautiful home you’ve yet stayed in. The pictures do not serve justice to the spectacular view that awaits you. Nestled on a perch in Bellagio, you are perfectly situated close to the beach area, a delightful cafe, and the grand village of Bellagio itself.
From 14 June, July, August and until 7 September 2024 a minimum stay of 7 nights is required from Saturday to Saturday.
The pictures and perfectly manicured grounds tell only half the story of this beautiful historic villa. Inside the apartment style rooms are equally as beautiful, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The entire structure is particularly suitable for families or groups of friends (max 10 people). In this case, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large tavern and dining room are available.
The villa is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, TV, WIFI, safe, private parking, swimming pool.
2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
Each has a private bathroom with shower.
There are also 3 comfortable double sofa beds available.
Downstairs there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

In the large garden we have a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, open from 1 May to 30 September 2024
Our guests appreciate the spectacular view and the very quiet location, possible just thank to its position at 2 km far from the centre, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes on cobbled path and 20 on paved road, 10 minutes driving.
Restaurants and 2 supermarkets, 10 minutes walking.
Wide parking areas at 10 minutes walking from the centre.
Not easy to find a taxi, especially to and from the town centre.
