The feel of Taos, situated in a 125 year old subdivision located in the historical part of Farmington, NM. Close to downtown , you will find comfort with in the 2 ft. thick dirt walls, built in the late 1800 s , with updated utilities. Having a balcony upstairs looking out at the trees is an added gift. The embrace of the adobe walls give the occupant a sense of protection and comfort. This is one of the few adobe structures in this part of the state. This is a non smoking duplex.

Summary: Thought it had great curb appeal, but furnishings were shabby with the exception of the bedroom. The 2 chairs in living room has holes in the fabric. My biggist complaint was that there was a TV but it was not connected to cable. Their discription stateed internet and tv. When I asked about the TV not working the hosted stated that I must have misunderstood because TV was not included. She should have changed her ad or at least told me before I arrived.
