Summary: We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains.
