Positive: The house, gardens and interior are beautiful. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Negative: The stairs are very long and there is no lift. People with disabilities or health issues will find these very difficult. For that reason I would be unable to stay there again. Bathroom has a nice big mirror but a magnified mirror is needed for anyone wishing to apply make up or contact lenses.
