Positive: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is in a good location for the town centre and the beach. It was cleaned every day and linens regularly refreshed. The A/C worked well.
Negative: Some time after my booking was confirmed by Booking.com, I received a message telling me not to respond to any messages coming from another source because of a possible scam. This may have been the reason for the lack of arrival info which caused problems. On arrival at the address given on Booking.com, we could not locate the apartment. We asked in the shops below the property and drove around asking people if they knew it but no one did. In the end I called reservations and they said to go the reception of 'The Palmiers' - a property opposite. They in fact manage Loft Centrale but we had not been given this information. Altogether we spent about 40 mins trying to find the checkin. Although an excellent space overall, the apartment had a hob but no oven. The glassware, crockery and cutlery were very sparse. There were two saucepans (1 med + 1 small). No microwave or oven.
