Positive: The staff were great, they made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. The rooms were just what we needed, very comfortable and clean. We were provided with an early breakfast the night before we left as we departed early to hike to Valbonë.
Negative: The room we had did not have AC so it was quite warm until we left the window open.
