Positive: My contact with the staff on arrival, at breakfast and after departure was very good. The breakfast was simple but very good
Negative: The room I had, had a bathroom a short way along the corridor (which I knew when I booked). The plumbing in the bathroom had a pump removing waste from the WC, sink and shower - to me it seemed a little noisy and I was a bit reluctant to 'over' use it for fear of disturbing other residents of the property. I'm not sure that it 'was as noisy as I thought, or that it would disturb others' but I'm sensitive to disturbing others so had this 'on my mind'. This experience would not prevent me from returning, but I'd probably try to book an en-suite room.
Summary: Pleasant place to stay - not so 'touristy' part of Fife but very convenient.
