Summary: The hotel premises have gotten old . It is very well located, right on the Lubbock loop, the staff is really amazing and go out of their way to help you out given the current liability situation with the retain heat from the inner rtooms when the A/C units are turned OFF. The heat from the exhaust coming out of the rooms facing on the inside of the hotels and completely retained the generated heat which in turn makes the staff job very difficult because they just can not stop sweating all day long and can be very uncomfortable to perform their jobs and hence help out the paying customers. However, there are signs the a full renovastion is coming and will sooon see the much needed changes that the Hotel demands.
