The farm has 2,365m of private beach and more than 7 million m² of total area, and is located on the coast between Barra de Caravelas and Alcobaça, 7 km from the center, 14 km from markets, bakeries, and fishmongers. The beach is private with sea without waves.
The house has 06 suites, 05 for couples with king size bed, air conditioning, and 03 of them have bathtubs. The 6th suite is distributed with 01 treliche and 02 single beds.
Next to the house there is a "tower" with 02 more suites.

For check-outs before 8:00 am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an additional daily fee and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.
