Welcome to 'Cake By The Ocean'. Only a short walk to the sandy white beaches & sparkling blue waters of the Gulf! Beautiful views of the Gulf and canal from the balconies.
The space
Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, Wifi and a smart TV's in Living room and all bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the upstairs hallway. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon waiting for you in the garage. Outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
Guest access
Waterside Village is a gated community with pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located on a canal with a shared dock for day use with easy access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Other things to note
There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking. Trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and trailer parking pass is required.

Summary: My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed here for the long weekend. We were blown away with the amenities and the house was better than we imagined it to be! Beach supplies were plentiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. Complex was quiet, got to see manatees from the porch, and enjoyed the quick stroll to the beach. We will be back!
