Our beautifull villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has it's own well screened private pool and spa. Located around 20 mins from Disney and close to so, so many golf courses we are in a fantastic location.Ideal for two families or a party of 10. Games room with slate bed pool table and foosball.Well screened South facing pool and spa heated by solar panels FREE of charge which will give you temperatures in the 80sF from May to October, outside this period you may wish to take the additional heat package, full details below.FREE internet access.FREE use of child's travel cot,2 x buggies and 1 x high chair Situated on Highway 27, 5 mins from the 192. Supermarkets, restaurants, banks & post office are all close by.

Our lovely home on Orange Tree has it's own south facing pool and jacuzzi. With it's 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it can easily accommodate 2 families. There are two master suites which both have their own access to the pool deck, a further double room, and two twin rooms. Free Internet access, just bring your laptop. Great room has 70 inch HI DEF SMART TV plus DVD player and games for the children. It has it's own games room, complete with slate bed pool table, foosball, pickleball rackets and balls for our Orange Tree Pickle ball courts. Orange Tree has two children's play areas with plenty of grass areas for kiddies to play. Fully fitted kitchen and separate laundry facilities ensure even the chores are at there easiest. There are shops, banks and restaurants all close by, and a 24 hour Walmart just 5 min's by car.

Summary: We booked this villa for our family, myself, husband and daughter and my son and his wife and 3 children. The villa was very spacious and everything you needed was already thought of and provided. Regarding the bedrooms there were three bedrooms on one side of the villa and two bedrooms on the other which worked very well for us, 4 bathrooms another big plus. The villa was spotless and the pool and spa was a big welcome after a busy day. It was a short drive to Disney as we did it every day. There is a Publix and Walmart superstore very close by. The property doesn’t come with a bbq, Yvonne provided us with a company to deliver a bbq on hire. There is a games room in the garage which with the glorious weather we didn’t use.
