Closest Beach: 8 min to private Hannah park beach. $5 entry for cars. Several beach sections with parking, huge splash pad and playground for kids, camping, biking and picnic areas. This vacation home is perfectly located being very close to the beach but also to Jacksonville city center.
Perfectly situated close to the beach, many great restaurants, golf courses, The Players Championship, ATP, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing and Pablo Creek!
The property is close to Little Marsh Island, which is one of the islands that connects Jacksonville and Amelia Island and runs along the St. John river. The island is referred to as “ The North Florida Keys” and Jacksonville’s best kept secret. Also close to Palm’s Fish Camp and boat ramp. Close to Ferry crossing ( Ferry takes passengers and automobiles from Heckscher Drive to Mayport Village and the Beaches. Close to several state and city parks; Talbot Island State Parks, Fort George Island State Park, Kingsley Plantation, Hannah Park, Hugenot Park.
Attention fisherman: Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier offers visitors close up vies of the Atlantic Ocean and anglers access to deep-water fish. Open from 6am to 10pm,it offers concession and bait shop, restrooms, and is wheel chair accessible. There are lots of tournaments.

5 bedroom with full size bunk bed to accommodate 12 guests with additional floor mattress provided to be used if needed (not air mattress, regular floor mattress).

Guest suite: Queen size bed, has private bathroom, private kitchenette and private entrance to the side of the house.
2 Jack and Jill bedrooms: share a bathroom, both come with queen size beds.
5th bedroom: Full size bunk bed for both top and bottom beds. Shares the jack and jill bathroom.
Kitchen:
Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. All kitchen essentials provided as well as coffee, coffee maker, dishes, bowls, paper towels, dish washer and hand detergent.
TVs: Master bedroom, guest suite and living room has Tvs with Netflix, Disney+ and FuboTV.
Linens and Towels:
Each bedroom is provided with 2 bathroom towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths.
The property provides 8 pool towels for their guest.
All bedrooms have clean linens for your stay prepared prior to your arrival.
Each bathroom is provided with 2 toilet papers, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Washer and Dryer:
