The luxurious master bedroom includes an oversized private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The quaint guest room features a versatile Twin/Full arrangement. The “jack-and-jill” guest bathroom offers a large bathtub and custom tile throughout. The spacious living/dining area is the focus of the penthouse, with comfortable, seating for family and guests. The living also features a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping needs.
