2 Bedroom Condo in American Beach, Fernandina Beach
Welcome to the Beach Bunny! This is a brand-new rental in beautiful Ameilia Island. There is plenty to do here from walking on the trails, biking, swimming, golfing, boat tours, shopping, state parks and there are many fabulous restaurants.
We initially bought this condo as a vacation home. After a couple of months of visiting, we fell in love with the area and bought a bigger condo to live in full time, deciding to turn this condo into a rental. We have traveled so much throughout the years, we felt we had a good grasp of what makes for a good vacation rental. We always hated renting places that had no basic supplies like bottled water, spices, or coffee. When our kids were younger, it was painful to bring all the beach accessories with us, so we would end up buying a lot of stuff we only needed for the one week. Because of our past experiences, we decided we were going to make our condo a true beach vacation home with all the amenities you need!
This condo is not on the beach but is only a 6 min walk (0.3 miles to the beach). We are on the southside of the island between the Ritz and Omni. The path to the beach is covered by big trees and is very shady. Our community is very quiet and peaceful. We have a large community pool which is seldom crowded.
DEEP CLEANING DONE before each stay. Our condo is always clean, guaranteed!
Our condo is designed for families, but anyone is welcome.

that seats 3.
-Wall mounted smart TVs- living room (70 inch), master bedroom (55 inch), 2nd bedroom (46 inch). -ATT streaming service-Many movie channels and APPs you can access on the smart TVs
-Full size washer and dryer
-We installed a water softener
-Tile and hardwood floors, no carpet
-Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. -AC/Heat
-Dishwasher, garbage disposal
-Vacuum hanging in washer/dryer room
-Full size refrigerator with icemaker
-Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and full-size coffee pot
-Air fryer and blender
-Microwave
-Frequently used spices, foil pans for baking, many pots, and
pans and utensils -Master bedroom has King bed and oversized chair that pulls
out into twin bed. All beds and pillows have allergen free
covers on which are cleaned in between guests. Extra
linens/blankets are provided for each bedroom
-2nd bedroom has full bed and twin bed
-Master shower with 2 shower heads and double sinks
-2nd bathroom shower/tub
-Each bathroom has its own towels and washrags along with
high powered hair dyers
-Master closet is walk in with shelves and hanging rods -2nd bedroom regular size closet with shelves and hanging rod
Both closets have extra hangers for clothes.
-Outside patio with table and 2 chairs
-Reading books and board games

-Beach towels are in closed bin in garage
-Beach Caddy, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys
-Two 26” Beach Bikes-Waiver must be signed
-Two smaller bikes for kids-Waiver must be signed
-Bike tire pump and bike cable locks
-Bike helmets (State of Florida requires children under 16 to wear a helmet)
-WE DO NOT PROVIDE SWIM DIAPERS. BRING THEM AND USE THEM AT POOL IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT POTTY TRAINED.
-We do provide a golf cart to be used only for the convenience of getting to beach or
trash can. Waiver must be signed.
-You are responsible for any major damage to condo, furniture, bikes or golf cart.
