Summary: We stayed for three weeks with extended family and small kids and everyone loved every second. The rooms are all a good size (larger than they look in the pics) and each has direct access to a bathroom. The standard and quality of the property is very high throughout. The pool was the real highlight for us. At 14m long, it is the largest we've seen in a 3-bed villa. Our 2-yr old loved splashing about in the big shallow section, which allowed us to feel secure enough to have a good swim without needing to be constantly holding her up. The main pool area is deep enough but also the perfect height for our 6yr old to safely touch the bottom throughout. Late afternoon the pool gets the shade from the house, which was great as we spent hours in there! The outdoor area is spacious with table tennis and a big seating area. We had some lovely evenings relaxing and eating dinner by the pool. We used the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen once but food from local Thai markets is so cheap and delicious we did that most nights. You can also get a Korean BBQ delivered to the house from a nearby restaurant for about 500bht, with all the food, bowls, chilli dips, etc, which was fun. The lawn area is big and very well maintained. The grass felt like a soft carpet and the kids loved running around on it. We had an issue with one of the air con units while we were there when a lizard crawled inside and blew a fuse board but Kritsana sorted the problem efficiently and got the engineer out to fix it very rapidly. You will need a car as nothing is within walking distance. The hire company Kritsana recommended was very good. The damage deposit for the villa was returned in full and in good time after we left. We very highly recommend this property and the owner.
