The apartment above the garage, with one queen bedroom, living room and full bath, IS INCLUDED at no additional cost. All this on breathtaking views! This private estate has room to roam and host large families. Must have a minimum of six guests to book.
Main living room has a working grand fireplace with comfortable seating, extra large windows and beautiful views. Great amenities like Starlink, Roku television and board games are provided for guest entertainment! All bedroom TV's have Roku and are set up for game systems or streaming.
The gourmet kitchen features a fully appointed open concept kitchen with a coffee and wine bar. Side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric convection oven and glass top stove, breakfast island, conversation seating, premium cookware, dishes, and much more.
All bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses, dresser/closet, night stands, charging ports, luxury linens, premium comforters and pillows. All mattresses and pillows are protected with dander proof, bedbug proof, allergen proof protectors. Unlike most rentals and hotels, our comforters and blankets are replaced with fresh, clean ones every time, no exceptions!
Lower level game room features professional Air Hockey, custom pool table, shuffleboard, arachnid darts, entertainment system and poker table. Extra lounge seating, queen pullout sofa, bar and a full bath are provided for guest convenience. Bar is usable but is not finished. Equipment includes two apartment refrigerators, electric grill/oven, wine cooler, and microwave.
The estate home and grounds have many features to make guest stays comfortable, safe and memorable. From fire extinguishers on all levels to extra seating for group gatherings, outdoor seating for 30 on two decks with a gazebo and gas BBQ grill. A private paradise with gardens throughout and room to roam. Unique and beautiful grounds and wildlife in abundance!
Pets are welcome but limited to two and owner is required to provide proof of current vaccinations. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay. Pet accommodations not scheduled at least 30 days in advance will no longer be allowed, no exceptions. Due to rising costs, a temporary nominal fee of $12 per guest per night after the first six will be assessed.
