Positive: The property is welll located, spacious and homely.
Negative: The lounge was not clean. The carpet was dirty and I noticed clippings of fingernails or toenails on the floor. The body wash container in the shower was empty. The bedroom window was chipped and had a small hole which I think contributed to the freezing bedroom for the entire stay.
