This 5-bedroom house provides beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting with a large garden & prolific bird life. It is situated in a secure estate with private parking.
This listing is for 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms. The ground floor rooms' sliding doors open onto the large garden.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space, gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery & crockery you’ll need.
An entertainment area with built-in braai/BBQ and a large garden gives you the opportunity to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day.
Otherwise flop down on the couch in the lounge and watch TV.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house with all 5 bedrooms, double garage & large garden.
Basic cleaning services are provided on Mondays & Thursdays. Additional cleaning can be arranged.
Weekly garden service is included in the monthly rate.
Additional charges apply for long stays (28 days or longer): water (first R1,000 included), electricity (first R1,000 included).
Pets are welcome. This is my home when I'm not renting it out to guests & I'm highly allergic to cats, so unfortunately cats cannot be accommodated.

Summary: The property was perfect for us to explore the northern joburg suburbs and the fourways area. The house was well presented with good living spaces and large bedrooms. The house was immaculate. Communication with the owner was always positive and friendly and she really helped us make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again
